Large Spanish woman who is the manager I assume was rude. She and another employee proceeded to keep talking to each other while I waited for something that has to be microwaved. After 10 minutes still didn't get my order.

Service is too bad. I ordered hot coffee which was really hot, they didn’t provide me sleeves so I asked for extra cup so I can hold it. They didn’t provide me , they don’t care about the customers. The cups are too precious to them. I wonder if they use cups that fall down by mistake.

the food and service is excellent! I forgot my wallet at the station/dunkin and was so worried it was gone but when I went back the next day they kept it safe for me in perfect condition. thank you so much to the dunkin employees!

Slow, dirty, & possibly moldy…not exactly what one hopes for from a food service establishment. Absurdly understaffed. Line of 9 people left to order via the 1 touchscreen (with a poor user interface with too many steps). One visible employee. To be clear, the poor young lady was working her tush off and likely should be receiving the wages of 2-3 front line employees plus the manager. It’s just a snapshot, but it sure sends signals of negligent/abusive management. Dirty floors and counters. Again, 100% not the fault of the lone employee working tirelessly to pump out orders. Terrible water damage that looks to have accumulated for months without repair. Will gladly walk anywhere else in the future.
