I said dirty chai, and when I asked if it had espresso (because it’s so light) she said yeah bc all lattes come with espresso…that is not true. I asked for almond milk and the ticket just says “milk,” so I’m iffy about taking their word for it. No medium sized cups…I’m irritated now bc I took a sip and tasted nothing but sweet milk. Wasted my time and money.

Last time I placed an app order, 30 min later no drink and just waiting. Turns out they ran out of ice and just weren't making the drinks :/ Nobody told us or put up a sign. It's also kind of a bummer you have to call corporate to get a refund even in this situation.
