Ordered a matcha latte and a multigrain bagel with cream cheese. The order came through with a plain bagel,iced latte and a second plain bagel I didn't order and the guy in front of me experience the exact same thing and we waited for order for over 15 minutes each. What's so bad that I felt it wasn't worth the time to have the incompetent people fix it and just left

This will be my last review for this will be my last trip to Dunkin im tired of being disappointed. Once again tried to do pickup once again an item left off as i was leaving town! Call the store of course the solution is to come back by 4pm! How about giving me my items the first time. Idk if the strawberry lemon loaf is a scam because EVERYTIME ive ordered something happens that i never get it.......

I got a medium hot cappuccino at this Dunkin’ in Omaha and the price was $5.25, which already seemed very high compared to other Dunkin’ locations. When I tried the coffee, it didn’t taste good at all , there was no milk foam. The barista asked if I wanted any flavor, and I said no because I planned to add sugar myself. Instead, they added sugar without my request.
I returned the drink, but the staff didn’t offer me a refund or even a replacement, which was very disappointing.

So I’m giving this place 5 stars because I ordered 2 frozen drinks online and when we got there some guy came up to tell us that the blender was broken and he couldn’t refund us…. He offered us a coffee each and we told him the frozen drinks cost way more than a coffee and he said that’s all he could do, paused for a moment and then said he had to go help front counter. Another young man named Austin came up to the window and asked if he could help us. We told him what the other guy said and he apologized and said he could make us anything that wasn’t frozen and that he could try to make us a vanilla bean latte style drink. We agreed happily and grateful then he offered us a donut as well. He let us try the drink to ensure it was to our satisfaction but even more than that it was how pleasant and compassionate he seemed. He made us feel valued as customers whereas the other guy absolutely did not. So thank you very much to Austin who took the time to help us and to make us feel valued!
