  I can see 5 employees inside Only one is taking care of orders and one was cleaning. What the rest were doing??? Gossip :) No offense please.

  As usual bad experience. Sandwich was burnt again. I ordered coffee light and sweet. When I got to the window there was a tea. I asked for the light and sweet coffee that I ordered. Maybe it was a miscommunication, I understand no issues. I was late for work because I needed coffee. She said no worries I won’t charge you. Again, I would have easily paid as I wanted what I came for. They took the TEA! Put cream and sugar and gave it back! Just so you know if the employee reads this. I had no issues paying for the correct item and would have waited. Just dressing up the tea is how we came to this review. Every time I go to this location I say it’s my last. This did it for sure. No coffee and late for work!

  This Dunkin location clearly doesn’t have a caring manager if they allow their workers to struggle. My sister and I recently bought two grande Iced Latte’s with Carmel, and the woman behind the counter says it would take 5 minutes. We ended up waiting 15. If i were the Manager i would hire better employees.
