I wanted to let you guys know a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at your Dunkin’ location on Northern.
When I went through the drive-thru to order two boxes of coffee and two dozen donuts, the woman named Michelle on the intercom was immediately rude and unprofessional. She kept repeating herself in a condescending tone and told me there would be a 20–30 minute wait. I politely responded that I didn’t mind, but her attitude continued.
When I got to the window, she opened it abruptly, confirmed my order in an irritated tone, and then slammed the window shut without a word. Shortly after, a gentleman named Adam came to assist me, apologized for her behavior, and completed my order professionally I truly appreciated his help.
However, the woman’s behavior was unacceptable. Her demeanor, dilated eyes, and erratic attitude made me question if she was under the influence while working. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location the employees often appear unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness and product quality are very concerning.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Dunkin’. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to ensure better service and professionalism at this location going forward.
Such an amazing experience! Friendliest staff and so much more willing to accommodate than the Bethany Home location. Doris was so amazing and made extra munchkins when they were out! 10/10 will go again!!

A single order of one donut took a solid ten minutes to get. The person in front of us in the drive through took even longer for a single bag however I didn't know their order.

Upon visiting Dunkin’ Donuts, I encountered cashier Adam, who demonstrated exceptional courtesy by inquiring about our preferences. I opted for a sweet tea, while my companion selected a beverage infused with dragon fruit. As we prepared to depart, I inquired about the possibility of obtaining a refill. Adam graciously agreed, informing me that he would cover the cost of an additional cup. However, he reassured me that it was unnecessary, prompting me to return my two cups, along with my girlfriend’s, and we exited the establishment as contented customers. I extend my sincere gratitude to Adam for his exceptional service, as such an experience is not frequently encountered.
