After walking into the building, there was no one available to take our order, so we decided to use the kiosk. It went smoothly with ordering and payment. Unfortunately, the service provided was low quality. It took forever to receive our order, even saw multiple people come in after us and receive their drink/food before us. It very much seemed like they prioritized the drive through. Not only that, the female that finally started taking orders at the front counter was very disrespectful. The members here really need to learn customer service.

I have one child who only eats munchkins because they don’t like the frosting, the frosting from the three donuts that I ordered is all over my munchkins.this place is horrible

Came to good ole dependable Dunkin (I do patronize them most anyway, they were just a bit further away and I was short on time for my lunch break), was greeted immediately, and had delish pumpkin spice latte made per my request and I was out of there, a satisfied customer, in a jiffy. Love them! Go Dunkin 👏👏👏
