  The workers at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional, and even the manager has a disgusting attitude doesn’t even know how to attend a customer. Terrible customer service.

  A slot machine of stale bread, 3 out of the 4 croissants I received were stale. Ruined our breakfast. 🤮 You’re safer getting bread somewhere else

  Some guests have brand loyalty, but individual store and it’s management are the one who hold the standards and customer service to hold the guest. This location is completely short on customer service. Crew members are not acknowledged me at all while waiting in the front counter, but she acknowledged the next guest after me, and that guest was white, she was busy with arranging donuts without even say hello to me. After I placed order, it took 10 minutes to give my food. I had to remind her if my food was ready. I asked her name politely but she refused to give her name, I asked for manager, manager came in and said same thing that she(manager) even can’t give employee name or even her name. I felt, I was not treated right at all.

  Sat inside for 15 minutes to find out they put our kiosk order in the mobile order slot. Didn’t have straws in the bag for our food and made the breakfast bagel with cream cheese. Will be going another location next time

  So MANY bad reviews! Don’t know why Dunkin’ doesn’t make some changes! They clearly need a change in this location. Went in this morning and wasn’t able to order on the screen, person in the back said they can’t take our order, that we have to go and order from the drive-through instead. It was a long line and we figure we were better off inside we were wrong. IF YOU DON’T WANT POEPLE IN THE STORE THAN MAKE IT A DRIVE THROUGH ONLY PLACE.
