Drive-thru is extremely slow. On top of that, they don’t get your order right. Some of the employees are rude. Not the best Dunkin to stop at. No matter how many times I try to give it a chance and say to myself maybe this time they’ll get it right. That is a failure. 🤦🏽♀️ Just keep going to the next Dunkin.

I went thru the drive-thru...Asked for 2 Boston creme donuts and a 25 count munchkins(asked for mostly chocolate and powder sugar) got home and had a egg sandwich(?) instead...had to go back. I had looked in the munchkin bag and they looked ok, white sugar and darker glazed. Got my donuts and went home. Just sat down to enjoy my munchkins and guess what...NO chocolate at all. They were pumpkin spice...now, if she had told me they were out, I would have accepted all powder sugar, but I do not like anything pumpkin so half the bag is wasted. Not a happy camper.

Avoid this Dunkin, use the one on Sumner Ave right across the street. This location is constantly packed and orders take 30+ mins to get. The Dunkin across the street is usually in and out within a few minutes.

I was just there this morning and ordered a medium coffee. Price w/tax $2.77. The girl didn’t give me my change and when I told her she said that they didn’t have any pennies. What? I’ve grown accustomed to that answer.
But what about my two dimes? Okay. It took about 15 minutes of me standing there waiting for them to give me my twenty three cents.
The manager went in the back and got the girl a roll of pennies so she could give me my exact change. I would have been okay with the twenty cents, two dimes, but the girl had to make an issue of it with her manager and now she’s looking at me like I’m penny pinching. I would have been fine with the twenty cents. I believe it has something to do with them trying to weasel a tip out of the customer. This is not the first time that I didn’t get all of my change due to me at this particular shop. My next step is to notify the local corporate office on the matter.
