    Bought my last sandwich at this location! It’s always hit or miss here. Today my sandwich had what looked like raw bacon (not crispy at all) and most of the cheese was stuck to the wrapper instead of the sandwich. I’m officially done spending money here!

    I need to bring to your attention a recurring problem with one of your employees. The younger blonde girl working tonight at 8:30pm once again spent her time behind the counter talking while cursing and laughing with her friends who were gathered there, while customers—including myself and two others—were waiting to place orders. By the time she finally noticed us, she had already discarded a cold coffee, and this is not the first time I’ve witnessed this. Which when one of the customers asked about the cold coffee she just looked at her with no apologies. I had placed my order online and stood waiting while she ignored the order slip until her friend had to whisper to her about it. Only after her friends left did she begin working properly. This behavior has become a regular occurrence. It is unprofessional, it delays service, and it reflects poorly on your business. I have worked in this profession before and understand the challenges, but customer service should never come second to socializing. I hope this matter is to be addressed and corrected.
