    Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Tricky to navigate out due to mostly right turns only.

    None of the restroom had hand soap. I don’t want to think how employees wash their hand after using the restroom. I can tell they didn’t refill for a long time. Cause it was all dried out around the container. Disgusting situation.

    If I can rate this zero stars, I would!! We went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. The guy told us we can pull up to the next window, but before pulling up he said half of our order was missing. We then tried to get a refund, he refused and demanded that we choose different items. He repeated that he couldn’t refund us, that he’d only be able to if a manager was there. He then left us waiting for ten minutes at the intercom. We heard laughing and talking; it was like they had forgotten all about us! We spoke up for their attention asking to speak to someone else. He then replied saying he’ll get someone… Kid You Not, two seconds later, the same voice responded acting like a new person! At this point we knew we had to go to the window. Oh how I didn’t know that was only the beginning. At the window, we restated our entire order and he lets us know every single item is unavailable. At this point we were going back and forth to find a solution. We settled on substitutions. Can you believe he manage to get every single item wrong STILL even with the new substitutions!!! Even with the messed up order, we left due to a line forming and because of how RIDICULOUS the situation was! I would not recommend going here! If you do be wary of miscommunication, unprofessional behavior, and frequent order mess ups!
