- KMKristina MahoneyOct 2, 20251.0Put in a mobile order this morning. Took over 30 minutes to get my food AFTER mobile order due date time. When I mentioned to staff I’m going to be late to work and it was due 30 minutes ago, the woman BARKED at me in the nastiest tone “not my problem” and went about not making my order. This was 10/2 Thursday at 5-5:40 in the morning. Absolutely INSANE behavior from dunkin staff. I will literally never go to this location again, I will also advise the massive construction crew I work with not to go here either. I don’t know why anyone ever would step in this building with the RUDE AM shift.
- D7Dpm 708Jul 10, 20251.0Another Dunkin that "declines" to give a Senior discount for at least coffee.. Cashier apologetic but "management policy." Must be same owner for Dunkin near Home Depot, but they just flatly said "NO". Several others in area happily offer a Senior discount. I understand, it's up to each individual store but, I at least, am tempted to buy other treats if they do. Gotta squeeze every penny.... and quite honestly, I don't really believe reviews do any good to effect any changes if needed...
