  The quality here just doesn’t reflect the Dunkin that I love. Im writing this message to save a life from disappointment. I ordered 2 wraps and they gave me the wrong kind and the coffee was just watered down with milk.

  came for a bagel and specifically asked for strawberry cream cheese, when i get the food she put regular cream cheese. when i asked about it she yelled in front of all the customers “you did not say strawberry cream cheese” and they gave me an attitude when i asked for another one. this is absolutely outrageous its not the first time it has happened and they always think they are right. they work so slow during rush hour and have no sense of urgency. do not recommend coming here

  I usually choose Dunkin’ because of the familiarity. I travel a lot and no matter where I go, Dunkin coffee is usually consistent. But the 169th Street location is the one exception. The black coffee here tastes like plain hot water, and the regular coffee is basically warm milk with a hint of coffee flavor. It’s been like this every time I visit this location. I’ve mentioned it to the staff before, and they seem to know, but nothing ever changes. It’s frustrating because I genuinely like Dunkin coffee but this location clearly doesn’t care about quality of their food. I’ll be reaching out to Dunkin corporate. This needs to be fixed from the top, because at the store level, it’s just being ignored. If possible try a different dunkin location.
