The 2 guys, one from New York, 1 from Jacksonville.Today blew me away with the best customer service.I've ever had in my life at a drive through.I had to give these guys 5 stars.Whoever owns this location should do whatever they can to keep these guys.They are great friendly and plain ole GREAT!

Employees definitely need more training on customer service. The moment I walked in the store there was cussing and loud banter towards another customer, kind of unpleasant but they lowkey don’t get paid enough in this economy lol. The food is nice tho so it’s not entirely bad. It’s kind of a bit awkward waiting and I hate when the atmosphere is like that.

Title: Disappointed with Service and Staff Attitude
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was extremely dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the staff member, Armani. From the moment I approached the speaker, Armani's demeanor was unwelcoming, and his response to every inquiry was a curt "aight."
After ordering a coffee, I found it frustrating that I had to ask to be served and request a straw for my drink. It seemed like Armani was more interested in avoiding interaction than providing customer service.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, I was informed that the manager was not on duty and they were unable to process a refund. Adding to my frustration, I was forced to leave without a product.. I did request a receipt and will be following up with management about this issue.
Overall, this experience at Dunkin' Donuts left a bitter taste in my mouth (and not from the coffee). I hope that management addresses the customer service concerns and trains their staff to prioritize customer satisfaction in the future. Until then, I'm afraid I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Dunkin just doesn't have the tastiest food. The service is slow and the restaurant could be cleaner.
