I made a complaint, and she handled it on the spot. I definitely plan to return to this location and can’t thank her enough for hearing my voice. I went to this DD and they were able to provide what I needed even though it was last minute. The staff were really helpful and courteous! I highly recommend this shop, and appreciate the high level of customer service!

The customer service is amazing — everyone who works here is super friendly, fast, and they always get my order right. The staff really makes you feel welcome, even during the morning rush. The coffee is always fresh, hot, and tastes perfect every time. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Whether I grab my usual iced coffee or try something new, it’s consistently delicious. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are always fresh too.
