  Amaya is truly the heart of this Dunkin’ Donuts! She is kind, attentive, and has an amazing memory for both names and orders. It’s such a rare and thoughtful touch that makes every visit feel personal. She goes above and beyond—whether it’s starting on regulars’ orders the moment she sees them walk in or welcoming new customers in a way that makes them feel instantly comfortable. Her leadership shines through in how she keeps everything running smoothly, even during busy rushes. She stays calm under pressure and sets the tone for the whole team. The Bartram Park location is by far the best Dunkin’ around, and it’s because of people like Amaya and the wonderful crew here. With so many coffee shops to choose from, it’s the warmth and sense of home at this location that keeps us coming back. Management should be incredibly proud of the team they’ve built here—it’s an outstanding experience every time.

  I was visiting the store in Bartram and decided to stop in for some coffee. Amaya and Heather were the only two employees working. They were both so friendly and knowledgeable on all the flavor combinations that I walked out smiling with my new favorite flavor!!! Thanks again for your patience and help Heather and Amaya, y'all rock!!!

  ive been getting frustrated with this location lately. Every time I order my iced coffee with a shot of espresso they never add the espresso to my coffee!! i pay extra each time i ask for a shot of espresso on my order. They need to give the customers what they pay for!
