  They make up there own prices, charged me $1.00 for my drink to be put in ice, my normal drink i get is same price every other dunkin, yet TWICE the price here. Indian guy was rude and got loud with me when I asked why so expensive. Need to be investigated

  The employees here just forget about the orders and continue with the other ones we ordered like 5 items. It took them twenty five minutes to give us all the food. We had to tell them what we ordered and then they made it.

  I rarely stop at this DD but it was in my route. I went in to get my usual a small Carmel iced latte 2 pumps Carmel 1 pump French vanilla 1 pump butter pecan. I get the same thing every single time so I know exactly how much it costs. I usually pay $5.29 with no coupons or DD points. The guy rung me up and tried to charge me $8.68. I asked why was it so high & he said oh it’s cause all the pumps costs .50. Don’t get me wrong it could’ve been a price hike. Everything is expensive. I told him I usually only pay $5-6 for a small, I said I don’t want it & left the store. I went to my usual DD store & what do you know. I paid the usual $5.29. Be careful ordering from them & check your receipts. Another guy came from the back & asked the cashier what was wrong & then they started talking in their native language. Who knows what he said but I didn’t appreciate it. They both spoke very good English.

  Mobile order show up 15 min later food still not done and get told going to be another 15 min why mobile order if it’s not gonna be ready. I can’t wait so I say cancel and refund he hands me the receipt and says call like really could have just given me a gift card for the value and made the process easier

  I want to start this comment by thanking you for the great attention that Mr. Sam, who works in the afternoon, gives me. However, I also want to file a complaint because the manager who works in the morning is a rude, uneducated person who doesn't know how to serve customers. This is the second time I've had an episode of disrespect from that manager toward me. I ask the duel to please resolve this situation, because that employee, who is the manager, doesn't deserve to be in that position, since he is putting this company's name on the floor with his pessimistic, rude, and repetitive attitude. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
