- JSJenna ShipmanJun 19, 20251.08:20am 6/19 we come here almost every morning and sometimes the service is good but most of the time we wonder why we even put ourselves through that. nobody there wants to work; the drive thru lady is rude and isn’t patient she even loudly sighed on the microphone, and our drinks never come how we ask. this morning my FROZEN COFFEE tasted like expired milk. It sucks bc not one dunkin in Naples other than the one on radio is good. I shouldn’t have to go 20 minutes out of the way to be treated kindly and given good quality drinks.
