  I give them a zero. I usually am calm about bad service however I just went into the business at 0845 hrs to order dozen bagels. I watched at least 7 employees very busy with only the drive thru but was in front of me very close One mother and child in the dinning room. At least 5 to 7mins later I was still at the counter and zero employees made an acknowledgement. Too bad 👎 I will never go back to bad service. Im sure the company has video of me standing there. Tried to call corporate with no one working until Monday. Bummer

  This used to be my favorite Dunkin! Buy a large hot latte and half of the cup is nothing but foam. But when you said something, you're told that's the way it's made. I'll be choosing a different Dunkin from now on.

  Light ice doesn't mean you give me half a cup of iced coffee in a large cup. Ridiculous. I would've been embarrassed handed that B.S. to someone.

  Surge pricing in effect at this location. You will now pay more for your order based on the time of day. I was charged more for my drink in the morning but at around 2pm the same drink was regular price.
