I even sent feedback to the store, but nothing changed. I guess they just want to save on the drink. After the third time, I stopped ordering from here

I find it so unorganized and they should have figured this out before opening the store. To add drive thru was backed up with about 8 cars waiting to order. Just ridiculous!

Short, annoyed tones, Eye rolling, Giggling with the rest of the staff when you aren’t even being a Karen, just plain simple request to get what I payed for. Hire new staff immediately if you care about staying in business at all. Your other reviews are very telling.

These girls are mean and unprofessional despite my good mornings and simple order. They forget my cold foam almost every time and when you greet them at the intercom they respond with “pull up” in the most annoyed tone. It sucks cuz i genuinely love the coffee and food for the price but despite how kind i am the staff just feels like a bunch of mean girls. It’s a very strange atmosphere. Please hire new staff! I’m gonna just start getting my coffee in Metairie.
