  I don't know how are cup of coffee can taste so different from any other dunkin in the area when ordered the same thing every time. You would think that they all use the same ingredients in the same region/ city. I can go to any other dunkin and the same cup is different. Does not make sense. I usually drive by this one on purpose. But if I don't give them a chance every now and then, I don't know if things have changed for the better.

  Slowest drive thru. Consistently takes longer than walking inside which is not much better

  You all need to pay your employees more money. Why are they asking for tips when all they do I just hand me a drink

  I ordered a matcha Frappuccino. It wound up being all ice and hardly any drink. It was very Bland. They made a new drink and it was the same thing. Bland and icy

  90% of the time they get something wrong or make you wait way too long, i dont know if its just the employees (not all of them) not caring or just something about how the store is being ran, but its not okay when on several occasions of getting a hot coffee it has been both filled up way too much as well as the lid not being secured. The food is good and the coffee is good, but only when its done right and in a timely manner
