I usually submit a mobile order as it's just easier for me, I tried to submit my usual mobile order this morning, only to be told by the morning staff that they turned off the mobile ordering yesterday because according to the drive-thru staff "they're too busy in the morning to also do mobile orders" so they're just not doing mobile orders. That's just ridiculous and lazy, especially with all of the other locations still doing the mobile ordering. Even the location I went to said that this particular location is just a bunch of lazy people working there.
