  I placed an order on the app. It included 2 Pumpkin Donuts. When the order was ready for pick up, the donuts were missing. I was told "no more finish". I replied "no problem, can you refund the Donuts cost?" This is where it got ugly. The lady was not polite insisting that I can pick two other donuts but she is not able to refund me. I would have to "contact the app". I can tell she was frustrated and asked if she would be kind enough to remember me for the next day but she went on to be even more rude and said that the only thing left is.... for me to "take two other donuts onlyl". Although she offered a solution, the way she did was not nice. I declined the offer. While I sat there with a sad face.....I took a picture of her. Thinking, what a rude person. As I write this review I feel sorry for her and so I will not post her face. My intentions are not to embarrass her, but simply to bring light to her rude treatment. She did catch me taking her photo BTW. Then she started speaking in a different language to somone in the back.

  I came in an order and one thing a small decaf, hot coffee they didn’t even have anything made. I had to stand here for 15 minutes for them to brew a pot. Not cool! It should already be made available.

  Truly the most poorly run Dunkin I have ever been to. It’s shocking how understaffed they are willing to be.

  Placed my order online so I didn’t have to wait, had to wait. The woman couldn’t find my name and then when she did she had to go and make my order that I placed a while back before I went to pick it up. Got burnt bacon and not only one piece but multiple pieces and let’s not talk about how dirty the place was. Also the woman who was suppose to be making the meals was on her phone and it was on speaker? This location is absolutely disgusting.

  This might be the unfriendliest Dunkin Donuts in NYC. The guys that work at this location suck. They never change gloves and act as if you are interrupting them when you order crude attitudes. Whoever owns this store is losing business this attitude has been going on for awhile now. August 14th 6:10 I will never go back.
