absolutely not the staff here was utterly disrespectful. It was disgusting especially this one employee that I have like a red orange chair. She gave the most rudest attitude for me asking a question and the atmosphere is so dead hated it will never return.

Came in around 12 PM on a Friday when the person at the drive-through was being extremely rude and told me to hurry up and order and said that he didn’t have time for all of that. When I asked him to tell me what his name was, he said that he couldn’t give out employee information. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said the manager would not be in until the morning time. Definitely do not recommend this location to anybody looking to try Dunkin’ Donuts I have never had somebody be so rude through a drive-through

I ordered at the wrong location and when I went to pick up they were kind enough to make my order and not charge me again. Every time I go to this location the person at the window is always so kind. It’s hard to find good. Customer service these days and I’m never disappointed. Thank you.

I just had the most horrible experience ever. This was my very first time visiting Dunkin and unsure about the menu. As I pulled up within 3 seconds the woman said can I take your order I said this is my first time and I needed to look over the menu she didn't respond so I asked her a question regarding a specific coffee drink she was rude and condescending. I then ordered and it went silent. She didn't say a word so I pulled up and asked her to repeat my order to make sure it was correct she gave me attitude. The order was wrong and when I asked her to fixed it she took the coffee and was so incredibly rude and said something to the manager. Goodness all I wanted was to try Dunkin out for the first time and had to be treated horribly. I then called the manager and she spoke to me worse than the employee. She then hung up on me. Well this was definitely not a good way to have repeat customers. I would suggest Dutch Bros they are so polite and friendly and professional just like they are at Chic fa la and In and Out.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ on 8/4 around 6:15 PM. I had placed a mobile order and went straight to the drive-thru window since there were no cars in line. When the employee opened the window, I told her we had a mobile order. She immediately told me I needed to stop at the speaker next time—which I understand—but her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. She slammed the window shut and rolled her eyes at us. Then, despite our order being placed in advance and it only being one beverage, she took a long time to bring it to the window. When she finally handed it to us, she did so with the same rude attitude and no professionalism at all. When I asked for her name, she paused and then just shouted the name written on the cup—which is my daughter’s name, the person who placed the order. It honestly felt like she was being sarcastic and avoiding accountability. I don’t appreciate being treated this way, especially when I’m out with my family. If someone doesn’t want to deal with customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Dunkin’ needs to do better when it comes to training staff on basic respect and professionalism.
