Worst dunkin I've been at! Food always cold, staff always rude unfortunately! When in the drive thru they always pull you to the front parking lot to wait for food.. So that their timer makes it look like they got done with you really fast, even though your still waiting forever, and no one will be in the drive thru behind you... very very sad dunkin.

I thought I would give Dunkin’ Donuts one More try as it seems like every time I go the food is absolutely disgusting. This time I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese and hashbrowns, And a drink….. My bagel was so hard. It was like a rock. I couldn’t even bite into it and I paid for extra cream cheese and only half of my bag bagel Had cream cheese on it, The hashbrowns were soggy, and all stuck together in a clump. This is my last time going here

Dunkin Donuts sits as a helping food service. The sweet Red Dragon drink makes me feel cool and hydrated. I grab a long straw, push through the paper to rip, put it inside the hole of the top to guzzle. Likewise, I take the sweet donut out the bag to eat. I ask Jade The Sales Associate who greets and helps me decide on which free donuts to pick out. Furthermore, I ordered a sweet drink and sweet donut at the cash register. She heard me, rung me up and used her help to give my drink and snack. Perhaps, I paid $10.49 with cash. I take a shared office space doing Travel Research Work like reading "A World View" by Keith Orgerk. We know customers drive through at 6:00pm. However, I belive they want you to stay open later. I'd change the hours from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. This increases customers, sales and revenues.
