I was there today 5/30/25 at 9.am a nice lady took my order of 2 dozen donuts and a large coffee she made everything perfect she is very sweet always with smile I get a great service from her it was a guy working there but it look like he is just playing around while she was taking care of everything which is no fear when is two people working in front of the business I also bought a sourdough sandwich and the lady at the kitchen did a great job it was delicious they can have all the stars but that guy the managers need to put more attention to employees like him he was on the phone talking inappropriate language

Could use a better service, need to understand clients pay their salaries. I was told to "hurry up, there are people in line" while a second register was not used and there were no orders being processed. Eventually they opened that register and solved the issue. I guess they need a training refresh
