  trust these other reviews and go anywhere but the middlebury dunkin. expect to wait 30+ minutes in the drive-thru even if you ordered online. i placed a $30 order on the app and when i finally got to the window they told me they didn’t get it. did not attempt to refund me. i had to reach out to dunkin customer service, who told me they would reach out to this location. never heard from them again. goodbye to my $30 and my sanity. save yourself and go to the new haven location

  went into get a boston cream donut and small iced coffee this morning two ladies at the front end, the one doing coffees said be with you in a moment the other one looked, but never helped me the gentleman running. The drive-through came over took my order gave me my donut a Boston cream, which sucked and said someone would help with the coffee. A small iced coffee stood there for 10. the short girl with dark hair got her donut and drink the other girl didn’t even offer to help me i left the store with the worst donut i have ever had and no coffee which i paid for they didn’t have gloves on when handling the food this place is a joke and they hire lazy people

  I wish I could put 0 stars for the drive thru tbh. As im typing this im still sitting in line after 25 minutes. If they dont have enough staff shut the drive thru down this is dumb. Always 15 minutes or longer

  Came by here Sunday and sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to order. They were only allowing one car thru the line at a time the line built up behind me till it was out on the street. When we pulled up to the window we proceeded to wait for 2 lattes a toasted bagle with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich for another 20 minutes we see the person working the hot line put a bag in the window. The lady working the drive thru had a line of customers and we see her just wiping down counters another 10 minutes go by until she comes to the window grabs the bag that had been sitting there getting cold in the window for the past 10 minutes we were told to have a good day but no apologies on the wait. So after an hour and 15 minutes we finally were out of the drive thru, but its not over there got back on the road and proceeded to open our food to find very tepid food and the toasted bagel wasn't toasted but for a second creamcheese was pouring out all over the bag. All in all this is the worst Dunkin i have ever been to in my life. It is as bad as the McDonald's that closed down in Ferrisburgh. Would not recommend going here just go to the store then go home make your own coffee and toast your own bagels and you will still be done faster than sitting thru this line for low quality food and service. DO NOT go here you have been warned!

  Hope you have the patience of a saint. They’re so dang slow it’s painful. Shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to get a coffee. I literally had to wait in line for 24 minutes before I got to order. They were only 4 cars in front of me. I hate ordering from this place.
