  Since this new lady “manager” started this DD has turned into nightmare for me and my husband. For 5 years since I moved to this neighborhood I have been getting my coffee every day on this location and I loved going there until this new lady started. A real nightmare. I went there with my kids and she makes 3 times my coffee wrong and does not apologize but instead of apologizing I have to wait another 45 min while she pretends she is cleaning or doing something. I have been tolerating this for almost 2 weeks but it came to a point that I cant give up to my fav place for a lady that should not be there. My husband quit going there already. When I asked for a manager they directed me to her. I asked her to give me an email or phone number of the person above her she said go on website. I call the number on website for this location nothing goes through. Whoever is on charge please contact me back and I will give you all the details regarding this lady. I am manager myself and I never complain but this passed every limit that I could get.

  This place will not serve decaf coffee. They will instead give you a regular and lie about it. I asked to make sure it wasn’t just a mistake. Even when I asked why it was poured out of the same container other people’s regular coffee they ignored me and walked away. This has a happened with two different people so I think it’s how the store is run.

  They sell stale food. The last time i went the bagels were completely hard and it’s not even the first time it’s happened. they’re also very rude and unsanitary. they use the same gloves when taking money and making food.
