  They have gotten worse over the past few years. Do yourself a big favor and go to the mount juliet location. The extra couple of miles and traffic will be well worth it.

  These people don’t know how to take orders, you can repeat the same thing more than 100 times and when you pull round to the window it’s still wrong. Not to mention how long it takes them to make a drink or 2 with few people to no people in line. My drink was wrong after i repeated it 10 times to them. They do not listen to anything you say and they will give you the wrong order thinking you won’t realise until you have to remind them to remake it correctly. they don’t mix their matcha right it’s literally milk, and their food is never cooked properly. i’m done giving them my money. where’s a manager at?

  I usually do mobile orders and I go up to the window and they never know what my order is like they can’t see it anywhere. They also constantly mess up orders and it tastes off. Older Blonde manager was also very rude when I had an order. She gave me one coffee and I still had 2 drinks left and some food and yelled at me that I already got my coffees when I clearly had not. They need to do better…
