    Too many bad experiences dealing with this location. Most recent was a delivery order. Clearly ordered hot coffee and they sent iced coffee. In the past I went in the store to put 20$ on my dunkin account, paid cash... as soon as I left store they canceled the transaction and kept my 20$ no funds to my account.

    Rudest people ever. So unprofessional, two of the girls working were fighting and cussing at each other. Waited over 30 mins for one drink.

    Terrible customer service. Incredibly Rude and horrible mismanaged. Always claiming to not have anything no matter what it is you try to order. They do not care at all about the customer. The place is unkept looking as well. Would not go here, go to the other one in Greer instead.

    Terrible. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and was told they had no doughnuts. Really? Donuts is literally in the name of the company. Don't know who the manager of this location is but they better get their ship in order before these lazy employees sink it. Corporate needs to pay this location an unannounced visit sometime. Speaking of corporate, I will be calling them next.

    The staff working on Saturday September 20th at 5:00 p.m. were very rude and unprofessional. I regret leaving money in their tip jar. First I walk past one of the employees to go inside the employee inside was sitting in the corner facing the floor looking at his phone I was unaware he was even an employee, I go outside to talk to the other one who gets irritated with me and tells me that's just someone inside and they both come in they get confused by what a latte is I'm always waiting outside for my ride they were using the drive-thru speaker to try and harass me. 7-Eleven might not have all the options but their employees are much nicer.
