- MSMark SrourAug 14, 20251.0I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts, which has tables and chairs for customers to sit and eat. When I politely asked to use the restroom to wash my hands before having my coffee the employee/ manager refused. This is shocking not only is it rude, but it’s likely a violation of health regulations since a sit-down establishment is supposed to provide restroom access to paying customers. If a business wants people to eat and drink on the premises, they should also allow basic hygiene. This was an unpleasant and unhygienic experience, and I will not be returning. I also intend to report this to the local health department for review.
