  This location has to be the absolute best in Wayne County, why? Because the employees actually listen! This is about to sound like gluttony; but I cannot explain how frustrating it can be to ask for an extra thick shake and upon receiving that cup, it’s like a cup of milk. No one wants that and this location understands, thusly I don’t even bother getting burned by other BR’s.

  Ordered a drink, hash browns, and the mini bagel bites. Got the drink and hash browns but was never given the mini bagel bites. Really disappointing.

  Three times now I've walked over there to discover the lobby locked up tight even though on the door it says the lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (and I'm showing up between 9-10pm.) So I walked away empty handed. Then I thought I was being smart and got a ride over there and someone was parked at the beginning of the drive thru, I guess to block anyone from trying to order (and the lobby was locked). I give up. Lol
