  If this place was bad before given the negative reviews it's no longer. The gentleman manning the window was a beautiful soul and we shared a good laugh. He was very aware of his product and polite and receptive to questions. The donuts were what dunkin' donuts used to be everywhere but now are not always. The doughnuts were fresh, delicious and super tasty. I'm only sad that it's far from home and I cannot go there often. But i'm glad the g p s led me here as my family , and I really enjoyed what we got. It's worth mentioning that what we originally wanted was not available. They had sold out. But the gentleman was so kind and informative of what was available that we went with alternatives, which isn't often the case when you are in hunt of something specific. And we are glad we did because it was delicious. Thank you. Team job well done.

  If it wasn’t for Al in the drive thru, this review would only be 2 or 3 stars. Al’s positive attitude towards his job and customers makes the experience top notch. Every time that I go through the drive thru and it’s someone else the experience is mediocre at best. Al’s positivity is contagious!

  Always stop in on the way to work during lunchtime, Al always has my orders together and perfect with an amazing attitude anyone would want to be greeted with, makes me want to come back everytime!! 😁

  Just got a mobile order from this location and was skeptical about it due to the past experience with bad quality coffee and not having the right milk, whatnot. This evening however was a great experience! I had ordered a iced coffee and the sweet gentleman accidentally messed one up by putting the wrong cream in it and ended up giving it us the messed up drink for free which was just as good as the right drink. Not to mention I ran my daughter in to use the bathroom, also very nice and clean. All and all a great time

  I heard the Manager today talking to a employee (you can’t read )to the employee because the order was wrong that wasn’t right at all very rude and not so kind & not professional. I come to Dunkin everyday I never have a problem or anything but the manager needs to know how to talk to the employees a be a bit more nicer and more friendly I was so not happy hearing that today
