- JJJane6 days ago5.0Drive through line times are great and they don't park the car like other locations. Food and coffee always fresh. Customer service is awesome, they make everyone feel welcome. Getting in and out is tough because of the road but the parking lot is clean and dining room is comfortable.

Disappointed in the cleaniness of the restaurant. Not rush hour and tables are not clean, and therefore not usable. Floors are dirty. It's 10am, well after morning rush hour. Left a hefty tip; hopefully the folks in the back get it because they are very polite and fast working.

I also observed the manager speaking with the staff is a good professional manner. This may be my new Dunkin location.
