Wasted 30 minutes of my life just to leave empty handed those are things that should be communicated before hand and not after someone had wasted 30+ minutes of their life when they could simply go else where. And on top of that she just RUDE about it .

Employees yelling at and accosting customers for trying to snag their drink that's sitting there in a pile of 15-20 drinks for 5-10 minutes. Unbelievable and ridiculous. Will never return.

I understand they may be understaffed but where the hell is the management!? No need for 15 drinks sitting on the counter and 15 people waiting in line but they can’t touch their own damn drinks.

Coming here brought me back to Nirvana! Even in upstate NY food is superior. Thank you. Also, the staff is hard working and works well together.
