  Been coming here for three years. Just had a terrible experience this morning at 5:30 am. Lots of drama between the manager and her staff. I'm waiting for my order. My name is on the screen and it shows ready. I see my food ready to be bagged up. I wait. They're still all arguing. I finally wave my arms and ask if I can get my food please. Manager snaps at me" Its coming! I say "I know I've been watching and its ready!" They put it in a bag and the manager throws it on the counter and walks away. No receipt. I ask for her name and she says she doesn't have to give me her name. I don't need this crap at 5:30 in the morning. Don't take it out on your customers.

  Kadyla was amazing as a manager. Great customer service and always greets you with a smile. I love the atmosphere and the attention to detail. My coffee is always amazing. This is the best Dunkin. Winnie is also very helpful and kind.

  Second time I walk in this establishment, and both times my order is wrong. Have to drive back every time. Manager doesn't speak English well and needs to take English classes.
