  This location is terrible. The wait times are always crazy long but today I was in line for 15. I was then asked to pull around for my sandwiches and they bring them out to the front door. I then proceeded to wait another 15 before entering the store. They did not have my order ready and when it was it was still missing an item. During the wait the kids ate 2 donuts and after I just asked for a refund because 35 minutes is a joke. They refunded my money except for the donuts. Lol. Manager has no customer service skills and this location is a joke.

  Never seen such a slow Dunkin. Ridge Park Square is 10x better, and that’s saying something. Last time I was here (granted it was a rush, but still) they were out of apple pies and blueberry muffins. Two times in a row they were out of blueberry muffins. Drive-thru is incredibly slow. More people need hired BAD. The people that work there are very kind though. Unfortunately Inside is just as slow as the drive-thru.

  I do uber eat , i cancle the trip Cuase one nice lady just work hard for every thing ,,,,one lady for morning busy shift , she move alone , its hard so bad ... go hire people...

  Please shut down this restaurant and get someone who can run it. Today between 10 AM and 1030 the staff apparently were fighting and left a his poor girl all by herself with people outside waiting over 30 minutes people inside and this girl had no answer. This almost cost my wife and I to be late for our medical appointment they handed us our drinks and we waited forever at the window for our food never to get it Staff left and grabbed a bunch of food and ate it on the way out and threw stuff on the floor. People have left reviews and pictures as well. I will be contacting the health department because if this can happen. I cant imagine the quality and Sanitation of the food.

  I never do reviews, but for the last few weeks this location has dropped the ball plenty of times. Placed a mobile order for pick up at 6:54. Didn’t get my order until 7:08. They not only put cheese on my “sandwich” but I got no bacon or egg on my sandwich instead.. called spoke to the assistant manager (who never told me her name) She apologized & was nice but proceeded saying to “make sure I tell them no cheese when ordering & to tell us when you are inside no cheese”.. but I clearly did as you can see it on the app it says no cheese.. so I guess they can’t read & you have to hold their hand during their shift to make sure you get your items made correctly.. manager was saying how they are short staffed & blah blah blah. But as I always say excuses are for the incompetent & I guess this place is as incompetent as they get!
