    Eh. Worst Dunkins in Middlesex county, maybe even all of Massachusetts. The drive thru window is fine but don't go inside unless you have 20 minutes to kill. I also noticed during my wait that all flies were attracted to the orange lining near the register. Then I looked above and counted 20 flies. Place needs a deep cleanse. 10 minutes just take your order. There are not enough workers here to do the window and deal with inside customers.

    When asked for black pepper was told we don’t carry it and it expires and I was the only one asking for. Today I ask for napkins and I was told they are too expensive and they don’t order them. Do they expect us to wipe our hands on our jeans. Store does not get help from the franchisee and when I called the district manager she never returned my calls. Please give business to other Dunkin’ and avoid going to this one.

    The employee was so incredibly rude to me when I asked them to remake my coffee because they didn't give me decaf. They just told me I was wrong and that I didn't ask for decaf. They did remake it for me, but they just handed it to me and said nothing. The employee was clearly annoyed (rolled her eyes) she had to remake it and didn't even respond to me when I told her to have a nice day. I am so sick of bad customer service.
