    Truly Disappointing Service, Operational Failures, and Extreme Delays I visited this location today and had, without exaggeration, the worst service experience I've ever had at a Dunkin'. The core issues were poor customer service and unacceptable operational failures: Poor Preparation & Missing Items: My order was prepared incorrectly, and upon inspection, items were missing. Rude and Unwelcoming Service: The two staff members working were rude, failed to greet customers, offered no smiles, and provided no apology for the errors. Unacceptable Refund Delay: When trying to process a refund for the errors, the staff did not know how to operate the system. I waited 23 minutes while they struggled, eventually requiring them to call a manager over the phone to complete the transaction. This level of operational incompetence is unacceptable. Dirty Environment: The dining area and service counter were visibly dirty. It is clear this location is understaffed and poorly trained, leading to a complete breakdown of service and cleanliness. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

    Came to this location for a midday pick me up… and noticed that the cashier was handling money in food with gloves without changing them in between. Unsettling to see given the amount of viruses and illness that it’s going around right now.

Additionally, they are frequently out of staple menu items such as glazed munchkins, which raises concerns about inventory management.
