The food is not fresh, I asked for a bun, it was dry so I asked them to heat it up but that didn't help either and after I asked the employee about it, she said they don't make the buns there which only reinforced that the food wasn't fresh. I asked for my money back, they wouldn't give me my money back claiming the manager wasn't there, I asked them to call the manager but the employees didn't listen and didn't give me my money back and also took the bun to them. I'm still waiting for the manager to get back to me and give me my money back, there is a law in the US that if you're not satisfied with a product you can get your money back!

(I swear they’re taking over all of the Dunkin’ donuts)Every exchange was her saying that she’d normally charge more. Even for adding more flavor to drink. I ask her for ketchup and she gives me 1 packet for a sandwich. I requested for more. I drive off and notice that there were no napkins. Like are you serious??? How stingy can you be. I don’t even think she’s the owner but she acted so cheap. I didn’t get her name but she needs to learn customer service skills. These people need to be retrained how to talk and provide for their customers, not act like thugs.
- BBbrianFeb 20, 20175.0Went through the drive-thru around 9pm 2/20/17, got to the window and sat there for about 10 min. Assumed they got swamped so didn't care much, the employee told me to pull around front and apologized very sincerely. I ordered a medium chocolate shake, and trust me I have been all over the island for chocolate shakes.. love chocolate. The employee comes out with a LARGE choc shake AND 2 donuts( yes one was choc )and apologized again. I have never had a bad milkshake from this location, they clearly are competent and well trained. Never the less this was my 4th trip there this week.. for a choc shake. Still not fat so might go for round 5. ANYWAY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LOL
