  Not real impressed with the customer service coffee was okay could have been better. The other Dunkin' Donuts in Sanford was a lot better a lot more friendlier. The gentleman at the cashier wasn't real friendly. He didn't know like what he was doing. Won't be back there again.

  My all time favorite Dunkin! The staff are very friendly! Dani makes the best coffee!!! I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s and just not the same and I refuse to go to any other!

  Previously I’ve had difficulties with receiving an accurate order, whether it be my coffee or breakfast, and only discover these issues halfway to work. This morning I did receive an accurate order, but couldn’t eat until I got to work, and opening up my sandwich to reheat it, unfortunately discovered it also included hairs melted into the cheese and intertwined with the bacon. I appreciate them finally following the customizations in my order, but for it to be fully inedible due to the hairs, I’m extremely disappointed. Idk what’s going on but I hope it gets figured out.

  phenomenal customer service!! served delicious loaded hashbrowns and sandwiches. if i was closer this would be my go-to dunkin!

  We use DoorDash to get delivery and we’ve always ordered from this particular store since we live really close. .This Dunkin’ Donuts has always been hit or miss but today was horrible. I will never ever buy from this place again.. we bought a dozen every time we have our grandchildren over as they want donuts on Sunday and it’s a treat, but when you open up a box of donuts and their day old and that they’re so hard that the glaze is already cracked off of them and fall into the bottom of the box and the powdered sugar donuts are so hard their is no longer cream inside it’s hard and you have to take a knife to cut it The manager really needs to do something about that I ordered this morning at like 6:35 and it was delivered in no time 10-15 minutes, which was great. Everybody was still asleep and then I open the box and they’re horrible. Day old donuts - who serves rock hard old donuts . We will never buy from there again.
