The other thing is the consistency of their hot or cold drinks. You could go to one Dukin and go down the street and it be substantially different, even though it's the same drink.

The box was suppose to be a beach bin of some sort, both coffees are larges barley filled to the top. I order it the same way every time and have never received the coffee like this, just horrible.

The wonderful person who took my order surprised me with a VERY delicious iced mocha latte with caramel sugar and cold foam, and gave me a free donut! Great place. Highly recommend ordering someone else's favorite, you'll never be disappointed.
