- SHSandra HOct 15, 20251.0Girl with the long braid is genuinely miserable at doing the simplest job. Tried to order a drink with light ice, she told me there will be a gap because of "portion size". Other dunkins just fill it.. It's milk.. Dunkin is a multi million dollar company they aren't going to fire anyone or go bankrupt over someone getting light ice. Anyways, I told her to just give it to me regular then with regular ice. There was still a large gap in my drink and the donut I ordered was given not even with a napkin (Drive through). You do not get paid minimum wage to protect a company's milk..
- TBTiffany BowenSep 20, 20255.0I come here often and have to say that the gals in the drive thru are the sweetest warmest and professional employees I've encountered at a fast food restaurant ..I finally asked their names ..Luce and Kat ... they are gems .. thank you for always being so welcoming in the mornings! Recognize those two in some way!! Love the pumpkin donut!! And keep that breakfast meal deal .. we love it!

- DGDaniel GajusAug 10, 20251.0I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my 2 drinks. Staff wasnt really friendly or attentive. Waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to answer the loud speaker just to be told it'll be a moment. Got to the window and wasnt greeted for a few more minutes, guy asked if it was a mobile order, I said no and then waited another 10 minutes or so for our drinks which were made incorrectly. There was a 2nd employee there that want really doing much. This store looks to need new management and more employee, id guarantee anyone visiting and being taken care of that way will pass this location up in the future. After that amount of time they didnt even offer to comp a drink...
