  There was this nice young lady at the drive through who helped me because my daughter accidentally ordered a hot coffee when I wanted cold and she offered to make me a cold one at no charge and she was excellent

  After not going to Dunkin' for a while due to past issues with incomplete orders and incorrect coffee, I gave them another shot today. I was in a rush and went through the drive-thru, but unfortunately, they missed the donut munchkins. I had to turn around and go back, which was incredibly frustrating since I was already short on time. When I went inside to get the missing items, the employees were not only unhelpful but also seemed angry with me, as if it were my fault. They were giving me dirty looks, and it was a really unpleasant experience. To top it off, I found myself apologizing and saying thank you when they were the ones who made the mistake. The lack of accountability and poor customer service was really disappointing. I won't be returning to this location. They need to understand that their errors inconvenience customers and that they should apologize, not get angry.
