  Worst service EVER!! I had a mobile order get there stand in the mobile pick up area. I see 2 drinks I see a worker walking in my direction I smile and she just turns doesn’t acknowledge me…. Ok rude! Employees walk up and down walk up to where I’m standing NO ONE FREAKEN acknowledges me, or asks me are you waiting for an order what’s the name nothing!!!! UNTIL some other girl walks to where I’m standing mobile pick up, they acknowledge her right away give her her drink and then ask me what’s the name of your order tell her my name …. Guess what my drink was one of the 2 drinks that has been sitting there this whole time!!!! I’m literally crashing out NEVER had this bad of an experience at a Dunkin. I waited a whole 7 minutes I know not a long time but if they had ask me/ acknowledged me when I walked up to the mobile pick up I would of just walked in and not because my drink was ready the whole time. Anyway their Customer Service sucks.

  Every time I try to order Minni, everything bagel bites they deter us by saying it's going to be 15 to 20 minutes for food. And if you order it, it actually takes longer. I came last week with one customer inside and hardly anyone in the driveway. They don't care they have zero rush.

  I went in and just stood there at the counter, ready to order. A bunch of employees walked right by me without a word. I get it if they're swamped, but seriously, how hard is it to say hi and ask me to wait a sec? I continued to wait until I just walked out since I was being ignored.

  They don’t fill up your cup all way to the top if you request no Ice and when you ask for Ice they fill up the whole up with ice and very little tea.
