  Front counter caint read when said 3 large coffees and o ly gave me one then had to wait another 7 minutes for them to fix it

  They have been burnong food and throwing it in the bag, this makes the food a mess. The drinks when order they stay there for a while to wait for the whole ticket (the food) to come out. The food takes more than 10 minutes to make and once given its given with an attitude. If they are out of one item they dont tell you and give you whatever they want. A minth back they were better but I guess that with the school rush its too much for them and their attitude has changed. Once I asked for a drink and when I had a sip it had a whole different base and when I asked the barista gave me an attitude, grabbed the cup with an attitude and tossed it super hard in the garbage. She even looked back at the order and she was the one who made it wrong but I didnt even get a sorry let me do it correct.

  The food is a joke. The people that make it I think throw the food without being careful. Not only do they throw it but they burn it 2 out of 3 times. The service comes with a side of attitude all the time or even if you order ahead a side of more than 5 min waiting while your drink has already been made and is just leting there. If you order in the app they dont want to give you the money back if they don't have an item. Other times if you purchase munchkins and you wanted specific kinds they still give you whatever they want.
