- NHNatalie Harrell6 days ago2.0I’ve always had a bad experience at this location. The workers are extremely rude and condescending. They are always out of the things you order online through the app. Additionally, this morning I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it as the bread wouldn’t tear. The bacon was way undercooked and the egg was cold. I picked up my order on the way to work, so I had nothing to eat until lunch as this location completely messed up my order.

I said I would come in to see what else they had. They had 11 chocolate with sprinkles and 12 or chocolate frosted. I asked for 11 sprinkles 1 plain. I was told she can only do 4 because that's all they had. Mind blown. I went to Publix. Do better Dunkin.
