  Terrible location, terrible staff, rude and argumentative even if they get your order wrong. Its like they can't understand simple orders and they don't pay attention at all. Forget about any kind of customer service. If the staff does not like the job they should find another. Mangement needs to wake up. Food and coffee is sub-par. Go elsewhere.

  Everytime I go to a dunkin I remember why I prefer Starbucks lol. The staff is always like upset their at work. Asked the lady for cinnamon said they didn’t have any I said okay no problem can I have any of the coffee toppings you guys have like sprinkles or anything. “No we don’t do that” LOL ok then

  This place is dirty and run down. Very disappointing. The iced coffee was very good, the muffin was more than warm - burning hot.

  El lugar está demasiado lejos para lo que es , lo que ves en la foto es lo que hay. Si te gusta la historia maya ves si de lo contrario quieres aprovechar el día descartado por distancia demasiado lejos. En el tour supuestamente nos iban a llevar a la fábrica de ron y a unas cascadas y no da tiempo te pegas 3hr de autobús para estar en el lugar 45 min máximo y a contra reloj. Para gustos

  Stay away from this location. The staff doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in to order. I stood at the front to order for almost 10 minutes this morning with my husband. There was also another customer behind us. Not one worker came to take our order. We walked out , including the other customer. Awful.
