When I opened the sandwich, I was shocked to find the sausage completely frozen — it was still cold to the touch. I had to return it, and the staff just said, “oh, I’m sorry about that,” without much concern. I asked for a well-done sausage, egg, and cheese in the first place, and instead I got something that wasn’t even cooked properly. Very disappointing experience.
