The donuts seemed to be yesterday, did not taste fresh at all. The breakfast sandwich, the English muffin was mushy, the cheese looked like cheese wiz, only ate a couple of bites, very disappointing. Coffee tasted like chemicals!

She always has a remarkably positive attitude and a warm, welcoming personality. People like her make a huge difference, and I really wish every customer service experience were like the one she gives.
