They don’t say please or thank you half the time when you pull up to order you have to say hello is anyone there? It’s just the worst Dunkin’ Donuts for customer service that I’ve ever been to

When asked how she could help I replied with one second please. Then was rudely asked again how can I help you. I repeated one second please and settled for something I didn't really want because I felt rushed. When I got to the windows the lady said nothing to me. Until all was done and just said thanks.... real nice customer service....
